- Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities for EVB area, leading to successful commercialization efforts. Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, implement initiatives to meet those needs.
- Identify and evaluate entirely “new to Avery” business prospects for consideration that fit within the vision and capabilities of the business. Identify and evaluate new opportunities building off existing technologies to new or existing customers.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with business partners at all levels of the customers’ organization.
- Support market study and analysis, identify market size, growth trend, competitor landscape, new growth engine.
- Responsible for opportunity analysis and the development and execution of business development and new venture development plans. Responsible for profitably growing the business.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree above, preferably with a background in engineering, or material sciences
- Good communication skill for both internal and external
- Working proactively and good teamwork spirit
- At least 3 years’ experience in EVB area, as a R&D or project manager is preferred
- Expected travel is 50%~70% of time
- Fluent English is preferred
