Responsibilities
Achieve the Sales and financial target
Introduce products to accounts in East China by regular visits; provide visits reports on time; accomplish key accounts identification and work out work plan.
Build up and maintain an alliance of business relationship with clients: accomplish regular customer visit, technical contact, contract negotiation, sales forecast, delivery supervision, payment collection, after-sales service support and product training.
Collect marketing and competitor information for marketing analysis; work closely with different departments to better understand customer needs and identified potential opportunities to secure sales increase.
Co-work with distributor to service small customers in East China.
Other sales tasks defined by leader.
Requirements
University degree with major in Marketing, Engineering or Material Science.
Working Experiences: over 3 years of Sales working experience in the HVAC or Filtration industry.
Fluent English in Oral and Written.
Strong analytical skills, including business, market and competitive assessments
Ability to influence and align cross functional team members to achieve excellent results
Customer focused while balancing need for growth, profit, and strategic fit/alignment
Excellent relationship builder, including identifying influencers and decision makers
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
