• Both strong leaders and advocates for the adoption of Scrum.
• Extensive project management and Scrum skills leveraging Agile principles including developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, communications, and quality / testing plans.
• Providing hands-on Methodology (Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban) coaching and training to business and technical leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Assistant Scrum Masters, and teams on all aspects of Scrum, Lean, and Kanban methodologies practices.
• Consistent track Scrum record of success, provide status reporting on scrum performance indicators, such as Say/Do ratio, team velocity, cycle time and others.
• Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions.
• Coach the team to be empowered, instilling a proactive, positive and innovative team culture.
• Remove blockers Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution.
• Nurture self-organizing, high-performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring.
• Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous process improvements in the team’s value stream, championing a continuous improvement culture and mindset.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 7 years + work experience or at least 5+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master or above or a similar role in the IT department. Excellent Knowledge of scrum methodology and techniques, of IT industry policies and procedures. 
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and framework.
• Extensive scrum experience, developing and cultivating a diverse team.
• Highly proficient using Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Align, SharePoint, and other tools to manage project and task management.
• Professional certification (PMP, CSM, CSP) beneficial.
• SAFe experience beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written English skill. 
• Excellent leadership skills
