Job Responsibilities
Organizing meetings with Oms for assessments/reviews (functional concept, IT concept), planning of knowledge building including preparation, post-processing (document), requesting and documentation of results.
Drafting of documents and reconciliation of the documents with parties responsible for relationship management and other IT departments including coordination with the business department together with the parties responsible for operations
Development of results together with the party responsible for operation (e.g. Business impact analysis, definition of criticality of applications, monitoring, creation/maintaining of the operational readiness index)
Creation of launch schedules, cut-over plans, employee schedules or scripts after coordination with the parties involved
Organizational management of migration activities
Coordinate, check, change and technical testing of interface description (both internally and externally to suppliers and interface partners)
Close coordination with subproject managers and test teams
Process monitoring for ORM activities, responsible for creation of suitable tools to support and secure prerational readiness management tasks.
skills and experience required.
Bachelor's degree or above (Master is an advantage)
6-10 years of consulting work experience in automotive industry
Intensive and detailed experience in the setup of shopfloor and logistics applications (assembly, body shop and production quality and control internal manufacturers)
Project management / subproject management in IT applications of OEM
Interaction wand cooperation with central systems team
SAP, ITIL V3 (2011), Extended MS project experiences
Group procedures and tools for initial start-up management
