- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business with key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs, including purchasing, engineering, and executive teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new product development and existing product expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective support for key accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans as needed
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics for key accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales team members to help develop their skills and knowledge

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (optional but preferred)
