1. Omni-channel (DTC and distribution) store sales management
- Complete both sell-in/ sell-out annually ,quarterly and monthly target;
- Joint business planning and timely business review and closely monitor the business progress.
2. Improve the quality of the existing store execution and improve productivity
- Enable key accounts to improve their capability continuously especially in retail management and in store management, including VM, product assortment, support them build up the execution team
- In store staff training and motivation program
- New store open process
- Key POS’s efficiency (unit/price/key product ratio/cross sales/turnover rate)
3. Business Development & capability in key accounts relationship management
- Develop qualified new key accounts and new stores based on the company requirement
- Keep updates with key accounts resource especially in store location and space, event resource and others
skills and experience required.
- Necessary knowledge and experience to be able to do the job
- At least 5-year related working experience
- Strong sales sense, negotiation and retailer management skill
- Strong retail execution
- Active and Critical thinking
- Passion for outdoor industry
