- Responsible for national KA channel docking management and consumer promotion:
- Responsible for the annual investment strategy of national key products;
- Responsible for the national expansion plan of three major products
- MKT new product launch activities and arrangements for follow-up activities
- Responsible for the national retail channel promotion plan and the development of new promotions
- Responsible for tracking KA channel distribution to meet targets
- Responsible for KPI tracking and review of KA customers’perfect stores and up-to-standard stores, assisting KA channels in O2O promotion and tracking;
skills and experience required.
- More than three years of relevant experience in trade marketing in the FMCG industry (best in the food industry). Experience in retail channel sales management will be preferred
- More than three years of experience in project management
- Sensitive to numbers, excellent data analysis skills, clear logic, and sharp thinking
- Excellent communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit
- Proficient in using computers, proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint, and able to read and write in English
- Be proactive, patient and meticulous, and able to withstand work pressure
