- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in a sales leadership role within a multi-regional, multinational company, leading teams in both sales and customer management.
- 3-5 years of experience in the aftermarket business for commercial buildings.
- Proven track record of success, preferably in a complex operating environment involving multi-department, multi-channel, multi-category sales and distribution.
- A dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who can inspire and drive an organization towards achieving performance goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing regional sales teams, focusing on a transition to a performance-driven culture and implementing market growth-driven initiatives.
- Proven experience in creative problem-solving during the implementation of strategic planning, processes, and channels, including streamlining and cultural transformation.
- Experience in managing support functions and coordinating activities across departments beyond the sales division. Ability to collaborate effectively to drive rapid growth and achieve targets.
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple, understandable terms, perform root cause analysis, and provide clear, well-considered recommendations.
- Ability to manage upward, downward, and across departments within a wider organization, building and maintaining high-level relationships.
