Responisibility：
•Understand customer needs and market trend to provide strategy suggestion for JOEM (OEMs in Japan) business development.
•Drive project management and engineering teams’ activities to deliver annual and strategic business objectives.
•Develop and maintain relationship with ECS-JP, build high collaboration for new business pursuits and on time on quality delivery to customers.
•Hire, manage, supervise and coach the team to execute their roles and responsibilities, and set appropriate development plan for each team member based on personal potential and interests.
•Create positive team environment, motivate team members, manage their workload and priorities
•Assist planning and managing the engineering budget.
•Lead problem solving activities with cross function team for engineering issues from plant, supplier & customer.
•Drive continuous improvement on process, quality and cost down.
Requirement：
•Strong leadership, people management & supervisory, as well as coaching skills.
•Effective communication, interpersonal, problem analytical and solving skills.
•Intercultural understanding and ability to closely co-operate with other cultures in Asia.
•Content driven decision making and risk management in a timely manner.
•Experiences in product development and project management in automotive industry.
•Understanding of manufacturing and financial is preferred.
•Future orientated, inner-driven and team player in global team.
