- Responsible for the entire shop operation: keeping the sales floor tidy and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring sales and customer targets are met.
- Lead and motivate the team, maintaining a positive and enjoyable working atmosphere at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Execute, follow up and achieve shop business objectives
- Responsible for the daily operation of the retail shop, staff management, product allocation, shop display, etc.
- Assist the operation supervisor and the company to be responsible for the communication with the shopping mall.
- Handle daily emergencies in the shop.
- Pay social security and provident fund according to national regulations.

- More than two years of independent management experience in luxury or outdoor industry
- 25-35 years old, good image, good temperament, talk and behave well.
