1) Daily operation management of China supply chain including: customer service, planning, import, warehouse, deliveries to customers.
2) Lead China supply chain team (logistics, customer service, demand planning) to deliver an operationally excellent, customer orientated process performance.
3) Strategically plan and manage distribution of goods in/out of his/her respective country in alignment with regional & global functions to enhance business development, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
skills and experience required.
1) A minimum of 5-10 years experience in supply chain or operations.
2) Bechelor’s degree in majors of supply chain management or related. FMCG experience is expected.
3） Fluent English is required.
4） Strong interpersonal skills, independent problem resolution, proven leadership ability necessary to be effiective across fuctions and levels.
