- Hierarchically Responsible for a Technical Team composed of 2 main domains
- 1- Product Technical Antenna
- 2- Laboratory Competency Pole
- Is the interface with the Business Unit which Implies a very high level of cooperation with their Line of Business
- Review and approve (for Industrial perimeter) as BPM* in the BOC the portfolio of requests, Prioritization of the PCR & PCE portfolios, Stage Gate crossing for PCE, animate the MCO* network in the plant.
- Lead the Board of Change (BOC) in the plant
- Deploy all product evolutions in the plant keeping the link with Business Unit as well as piloted plants
- Verify with Plant management that the integration of Optimize Process (ex-PEP) actions are at the right level into the management system of the Plant : priorities, resource, actions follow-up and business review.
- Lead the progress of Optimize Process (ex-PEP) through a SIM2/4 animation process in order to put under control the Optimize Process (ex- PEP) performance
- Follow up TEMPO tool to check the performance of the projects (Time to Market)
- Challenge any source of Productivity (QVE, Quality cost, …) in cooperation with MPL (IMP5)
- Assure technical team with high level of Skills and Competences for the range of products and/or technology to master.
- Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.
