- Develop AWO sales strategy and tactics and implement specific tactic plans to meet the established goals
- Conduct market/customer and technical analysis, sales support and analysis, etc.
- Establish a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and develop new customers.
- Provide sufficient market information for important executive decisions on new opportunities.
- Conduct competitors research and analysis and maintain a database of competitors and their development.
- Ensure the routine reporting to local management and head quarter.
- Coordinate front-end sales work.

- 5+ years related work experiences in refinery, petrochemical, or power plants market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Material or welding related.
- Excellent capability and performance with direct sales
- Strong presentation skills.
