- Manage current key accounts and developing potential customers to achieve sales targets
- Develops and maintains sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts.
- Liaise with global marketing and product management to identify and implement initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Work with global manufacturing to align business goals and needs with infrastructure capabilities.
- Periodically presenting current plans and long-range business plan and objectives and analysis of their progressive attainment to company’s senior management committee
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree, ten years in commercial and business management role in multinational company
- Familiar with customer resources in IDC, intelligent building, finance and other industries
- Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
- Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Have a strong leadership and management skills
