Business Support
1. Guide and cooperate with business personnel to complete due diligence reports;
2. Responsible for collecting and organizing branch operation data, assisting business department managers in researching and analyzing business development status and completing business tracking reports;
3. Responsible for providing real-time support for business data;
4. Responsible for the management of subsidiary business files;
5. Responsible for product pricing analysis;
6. Responsible for SPV company management related work;
7. Coordinate with different functional departments of the headquarters, communicate and prepare relevant reports and information to assist the business team in submitting projects to the headquarters for approval;
8. Assist the business department manager to carry out specific work on pipeline resource expansion and docking; and
Asset Management
1. Complete the subsidiary asset management related work according to the work requirements of the headquarters asset management department;
2. Responsible for the specific daily maintenance work of the subsidiary's cooperative customers and assessing the customer's willingness to repay;
3. Liaise with the leasing management company and be responsible for the leasing management related work of the SPV company;
4. Responsible for the post-lease management of subsidiary leasing projects, and conduct post-lease inspections and inspections of leased properties and leased assets;
5. Under the leadership of the general manager of the subsidiary, carry out specific daily asset inspections of subsidiary customers, and assist the headquarters asset management department and subsidiary business departments to complete the collection work for substantively overdue customers;
6. Under the leadership of the general manager of the subsidiary, assist the asset management department, risk management department and other departments of the company headquarters to complete the specific implementation of the disposal of overdue customer assets.
skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor's degree in data analysis, economics, finance, law, finance, accounting and other related majors;
2. More than three years of working experience in financial leasing or banking and other related fields, and more than one year of working experience in asset management;
3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA/ACCA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Asset Appraiser (PV), Legal Professional Qualification Certificate and other related qualifications are preferred;
4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
