    about the job.
    1. Support Senior Digital Marketing Manager to implement the SCRM projects for China.
    2. Implement and optimize the influencer marketing planning/evaluation/post track operation and work with brand team for efficiency/ effectiveness optimization.
    3. Support the digital innovation for  China marketing team.

    About CRM:
    1.Work closely with CRM agency/Digital agency to operate the CRM/ SCRM activities, and system function optimization
    2.Follow the workflow, optimize the communication and project implementation flow with different internal stakeholder, e.g. BM, TM, BU, GBS, GO-BEYOND Project team and Procurement.
    3.Work with brand team to improve the mechanism/UIUX of each campaign, for better engagement performance
    4.Support SCRM team to consolidate the data from SCRM reporting function, deliver comprehensive regular and campaign report.
    5.Work closely with sales team and Bus to initiate the new retail domain traffic activations.


    About Social Media:
    1.Work with social listening/media agency, to implement the influencer resource checking and audit.
    2.Support BM/TM to provide comprehensive KOL/KOC evaluation, to improve the influencers selection
    3.Works with brand/ procurement team to drive better cost-effective KOL buying.
    4.Supervise social media listening projects for all brands of China.

    About Digital Innovation:
    1.Work with brand/media team members on the digital innovation projects.
    2.Support brand/media & SCRM to leverage the new tech from different platforms to implement POC and tracking the post result.


    skills and experience required.
    1.3~5 years or above working experience in CRM and social media scope.
    2.Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), Fluent in English
    3.highly preferable if major in media, communication, marketing, advertising.
