- 包装结构和材料创新研发，工艺优化，项目推进
- 管理内外新供应商，负责新配方纸板的生产验证，推动市场上应用
- 管理推进项目进度，控制成本、保证产品质量，并按时交付
- 管理包装相关项目，包括创新项目、质量提升项目，及成本优化项目
- 培养并管理高分子技术小组
任职资格：
- 硕士及以上学历，材料相关专业，英文流利
- 5年以上10人规模团队管理经验
- 熟悉技术领域：挤出复合；纸/塑/铝复合材料；无菌灌装等
