Responsibilities
- Lead the business development team in North region
- Building and maintaining relationships with our partners/ brokers in the respective office and region
- Identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers
- Working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers
- Assist with marketing and organizing company events
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 8 years Business development experience, preferably in Real Estate and other relevant industries such as hospitality and luxury retail
- Ability to build a rapport with directors as well as partners from all levels
- Ability to adapt approach for maximum conversion
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Passionate about real estate, highly motivated and adaptable
- Strong work ethics and a great team player
- Able to work on weekends to support exhibitions
- Good presentation skills
- Good project management skill
- Effective communications skill
- With track records of sales capability
- Fluent english in working
