Currently, they are looking for marketing talents in f&b industry to join their non-dairy BU.

This role will lead one person, and directly report to Associate Marketing Director of non-dairy BU. A people-care company, with its China headquater in Shanghai, 300 people nation-wide and 200 people based in Shanghai.
about the job.
- You will shape the brand image and publicity positioning of the customers in the bakery, pastrey, restaurant, 5-star hotel and dessert space.
- Plan annual target setting up and marketing budget.
- Integrate internal and external resources, participate in various industry activities (such as customer events, product demo, brand road show, industrial expo), and promote brands and products.
- Supervise and analysis the performance of key brands and key items - define market trends and drives.
- Collaborate with supply chain in demand&planning
- Lead in brand promotion strategy by understanding market needs and brand positioning.
- Coordinate the team to provide complete customized solutions (including industry data, dish concept stories, etc.) for major customers.

- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing is preferred.
- At least 3 years and above end to end marketing experience
- Familiar with the management of the horeca channel market in the food industry.
- Strategic thinking, excellent organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, copywriting skills, and aesthetic skills.
- Proficient in using PPT, Excel, Word and other office software.
