about the company.
Our client is a Fortune 500 conglomerate, renowned for owning businesses in various industries such as food & beverage, catering, fashion, luxury, beauty, and healthcare. In the recent years, they have acquired several companies
(approximately RMB 2-3 billion), and they would like to grow and develop these brands in China. They are currently looking for a CEO to manage its post-acquisition business.

about the team.
You will lead a team of 200 people, including sales and marketing, production, supply chain, HR and finance etc. You will report directly to the Group CEO.

about the job.

• You will be running a RMB 3 billion business, with full P&L ownership
• Will be fully in charge of the whole value chain, from production to supply chain to sales
• Develop and implement business strategy
• Work closely with Group CEO and internal stakeholders
• Investment and financial management, M&A management
• Follow the market closely, and identify any potential growth opportunities or threats
