- Develop an in-depth understanding of Trip.com brand, its target audience, regional markets, and competitive scenes for continuous evolution of global and local media strategy
- Be an expert in paid media and leverage the knowledge to make key decisions such as media strategy development, partnerships/sponsorships selections and budget allocations etc.
- Stay up to date with latest media trends and drive innovative brand marketing initiatives Media Management
- Maximize the value and impact of brand marketing media investments globally (with a focus on APAC region)
- Identify, partner with, and manage media agency / media owners to deliver maximized media performance, operational excellence, and business results
- Lead, influence and collaborate with brand marketing, performance marketing, regional teams, and other supporting functions e.g. social, data, procurement, finance
skills and experience required.
- 7+ years of brand and TTL marketing experience with proven expertise in media, engagement/connection planning and management
- Proven track record of independently managing media investments to deliver significant brand growth and business results at a regional or global scale
- Able to lead and influence cross-functional/cross-regional teams with diverse backgrounds and senior collaborators to drive effective way of working and business results
- Background in travel/e-commerce/online platform with previous experience in regional or global roles preferred; extensive experience and network resources in entertainment marketing a plus
