- Drive changes to the commercial B2B model and bring new revenue streams.
- Deliver sustainable profit as well as market share growth in the Chinese market.
- Direct a team of professionals with efforts resulting in the development and implementation of designated sales initiatives and business plans.
- Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented by superior customer service.
- Responsible for delivering world-class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion, and new sale development.
- Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure optimal market penetration.
- It may also monitor the performance of a cross-functional team of consultants, individual contributors, and salespeople internally and externally connected to the company.
- Maintain a high level of customer involvement and is responsible for establishing the company as the global leader in this segment.
- Define and lead new segment strategies and prioritize commercial and marketing activities accordingly.
- Act as point of contact for the Chinese legal entity representing all company Businesses.
- Co-represent the Chinese legal entity regarding any legal / tax/audit issues
- Managed in accordance with corporate guidelines decisions regarding the Chinese legal entity (e.g. office suppliers/car lease agreements/ mobile providers).
- Co-represent China in front of Chinese authorities and audits.

- Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
- 10 years’ or more experience in management in an international business setting
- Significant experience in sales and marketing fields strongly preferred
- Language requirements are fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
