    about the company.

    Our client provides high-quality products and professional services for human wellness and nutrition, they are becoming the leading company in the consumer health care industry. With a plan to expand into the China market, they are currently searching for a China director with a strong EC sales background to develop their business in China.

     

    about the team.

    Team culture is collaborative and nice, and they are looking for a leader to direct the business development. Report to the project shareholder with around 12 subordinates. 

     

    about the job.

    • According to the market and the company's brand strategy planning, combined with current marketing hotspot data, formulate monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans, dismantle work goals, and implement sales management;
    • Responsible for the current product sales, platform layout and construction, online and offline customer expansion, development of community group purchases, distributors and other channels, and maintaining and establishing good long-term cooperative relationships;
    • According to the company's marketing strategy, enhance brand value, set sales prices, control operating costs, expand product sales in the expansion area, actively complete sales layout and marketing goals on different platforms, and expand product market share;
    • Through the establishment and management of sales management teams such as Ditui, Mobai, and KOL Connection, to achieve customer contact in multiple ways and multiple dyes, effectively communicate with prospective customers, understand customer needs, adjust brand tonality, and find sales entry points , lead the team to build and complete sales tasks;
    • Collect front-line marketing information and user suggestions, put forward adjustments and improvements in the company's marketing strategy, product experience and after-sales service, etc.
    • This position could be based in Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Beijing.

     

    skills and experience required.

    • Have experience of building and incubating a brand or project from scratch
    • Minimum 10 years working experience, and at least 3 years experience in wellness and nutrition related industry is preferred
    • Completed the revenue of 1000 orders/live streaming for a single product through online channels
    • More than 30 first-line KOL lock-in, business contact, anchor selection, scheduling, follow-up cooperation, data review and other operational SOPs
    • More than 3 years of EC and new media operation, familiar with Tmall, JD, Tiktok platform rules
    • Experience in first-line sales of fast-moving products, responsible for offline channel operation experience is preferred
