1. Lead global Tech standards adoption in China, to establish, deliver, and refine the roadmap to ensure that all platforms and products remain current, deliver values, and support the needs of internal stakeholders in terms of scalability, resilience, security, capacity, and operational maintenance
2. Lead to create tools and automated workflow capabilities to enable our software engineers to test and promote code across the different environments and into production with maximum velocity
3. Keep abreast of technical developments of operational importance to the company, identify best practice technologies to the business, participate in developing or setting standards, and to assist with improving the standard of technical delivery and competencies within the technical teams
4. Manage a team of engineers to deliver the technical roadmap, you set clear targets, you create a set of key tactics and measurements to assure quality and control of engineering capability and performance. You create a line of sight to corporate aims and objectives, ensuring that engineers are clear on their purpose and deliverables.
5. Responsible for defining and controlling the financial investments (human and tools) needed on your perimeter in collaboration with others, building up your own ecosystem in Decathlon worldwide communities, and defining the evaluation method of yourself to enable your own development.
6. Define the human organization to reach the target, responsible for the recruitment of talents in the team, empower and guide the team members to help them define the good priorities, make them autonomous in their responsibilities and self-development.

skills and experience required.

1. 15+ year of digital engineering background with 8+ year of management experiences (minimum team size 50, and 100 staff targeted). 2+ year of overseas study or working experiences preferred.
2. Good in both Chinese and English communication skills, solid experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
3. Expertise in technical architect design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable
