· Establish, lead, and manage a new development team of 5-10 members focused on microservices based application development.

· Design and build scalable and maintainable systems on Alibaba Cloud, leveraging cloud technologies & programming languages such as Java, Python, Spark, Flink and Node.js.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

· Minimum of 10 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology development lead role, including retail company experience (luxury retail is a plus)

· Demonstrated ability to solve complex problem from technical projects.

· Solid understanding of Ecommerce system, CRM, WeChat & WeCom Eco. and retail business process.

· Experienced on one or more coding language / technology stack (java, node.js, python…)

· Strong database skills, including experience with various database types such as relational, NoSQL, and big data solutions.

· Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

· Familiar with Kafka integration and deeply understand its mechanism.

· Hands on experience on microservice platform deployment including end to end monitor solutions.

· Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude, strong organizational skills

· Fluent in English in both oral and written is a must.
