Responsibilities:
Overall Marketing
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and adjust marketing strategies accordingly;

3. Collaborate with brand management team to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives;
4. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Digital Marketing
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that integrates with the overall marketing plan and business objectives;
2. Lead digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and content marketing;
3. Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve ROI and drive customer engagement;
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ensure the team is trained and equipped with the necessary skills and tools;
5. Work with the analytics team to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions;
6. Collaborate with other departments to drive digital transformation initiatives, including process improvements, system upgrades, and customer experience enhancements;
7. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that require digital marketing and transformation expertise;
8. Manage a team of digital marketers and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus;
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, and at least 3 years in a leadership role;
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and strategies;
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results;
5. Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Hub Spot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce; Experience with digital transformation initiatives, such as process improvements, system upgrades, and customer experience enhancements etc.;
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills;
7. Analytical mindset and ability to use data to make informed decisions;
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
