    The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for development and content editing within our Sitecore CMS, product catalog front-end assistance and additional development and functional testing based on business needs under the direction of the Design & Marketing Director. Rather than these, this role could also need to maintain Milliken’s digital platforms and take the responsibility of content creativity for marketing materials and social media.

    We believe in collaboration and are looking for a creative problem solver with a sense of urgency and a focus on the needs of our internal and external customers. This role requires strong collaboration with other members of the Global Marketing Team, and will also require broad collaboration with Marketing, Information services, Sales and other business associates.

     

    Responsibilities

      1. Website Maintenance:

    • Development and content building of new pages
    • Management of APAC Floorcovering website:
    • Formulating and implementing site content, using defined content management software. Create and populate with appropriate content within defined brand standards, maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
    • Scope includes English, Chinese, Japanese sites
    • Includes on-going maintenance and content of on-line product catalogue with new product introductions as well as updates to existing products. Includes update of product catalogue database, product imagery, specs and technical info etc.
    • Track and report on all site metrics
    • Web training for new associates

     

    1. Digital Platforms maintaining and social media content planing
    • Digital platforms maintenance ( highspot, Hubspot)
    • Wechat minisite build up (For China)
    • SCRM management (For China)
    • Digital campaign support
    • Social media content planning for Instagram/Linkedin/Facebook

     

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints.
    • Undergraduate degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design, (Graphic), Interior Design, Product design or related field.
    • Positive attitude and motivation to deliver and ensure highest quality deliverables.
    • Able to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
    • Strong command of English language (both verbal and written).
    • Understand  HTML,  CSS, Technical Experience of sitecore is nice to have, graphic edits and web optimization in Adobe Creative Suite, backend database maintenance.
