Job Responisibility：
1.Contract review of customer requirements (PS: compare with contract order engineer, it not only focus on technical specifications ) ;
2.Cost analysis and quotation support;
3.Managing contacts with international suppliers;
4.Managing customer-specific heat exchange project orders effectively and updated, sales order, manufacturing order and purchase order, primarily PV, ASME, offshore and chemical processing;
5.When necessary attend Kick off and bid clarification meetings to start with in China and later also in other parts of Asia;
6.Participation in various development works;
7.Monitor, document and report customer-specific heat exchange project status Preparing documentation, procedures, instructions, invoices related to contract orders;
8.Drive projects and activities within the field, continuously improve our contract order process and tools;
9.CI culture, ALPS STC
10.Progress Days / Installation gap analysis
11.Lead Kaizen events (VSM, SOPs, 5S, TPM, PRP, etc.)
12.Support daily CI (PRP, 5S, SB, etc.)
13.Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement：
1.Engineering education background at university level or equal is a must;
2.pecialty of mechanical engineering or similar educational background is a plus;
3.At least 5 years marketing/CS experience in foreign enterprises is a must;
4.At least 2 years project management experience is a plus;
5.Lean Six Sigma GB/ BB certificate is an advantage;
6.Automation background or industry 4.0 experience is a plus.
