Main Missions: With an open mind on the data usage for the industrial project, and thanks to a solid experience of complex project management, the Division Data Project Manager will coordinate the work done by team members coming from different perimeters: Data Scientists, Operational people, IT experts. He/ She’s assuming that role with a target to make the project successful in time, with the saving associated. But also, by taking care to bring and maintain data in our system at the right level.

Data referent

• Accountable for the data scope of the several projects linked to data usage for the Division
• Accountable for the analysis of data users needs to improve usage and facilitate the expected saving in the project identified
• Support the division and their teams to make the data available and robust thanks to the group standards
• Organize data management in the Division, propose best efficient data organization for division but also in consistency with BG level roadmap to ensure pooling strategy
• Organize an efficient & close teamwork between data owner of the division, DSF and GIS team Data Project Management
• Validate solution & saving of the project with the BG data project manager
• Ensure the gate review of the different project in time
• Help Operation to evaluate solution proposed by DSF and secure saving in time for the different project thanks a strong leadership in the project
• Close relation with BG data project manager, DSF team and other divisions to ensure the best roll out of existing new solution Identification of new data project
• Organize workshop with the help of the BG project manager in the different perimeter of the Division, to detect and push new saving
• Help to select project vs workload and complexity
• Accountable for the best roll out in all division facilities of all new solution
• Ability to work with the group's big data team to develop new projects, can use the python to coding for the new solution Training /coaching of Operational team
• Work with other BGs and University to create the training module for our people, to create a dynamic in our team and facilitate new saving solution
• Standardization of the user interface / tool to facilitate the roll out of the solution Travel & Work Assignment
• Travel expected 15-30% of the time
• 70% Data value creation; 30% Model plant & MES project management

Deliverables, Performance Indicators :

• Project Gate review in time, ROI < 9 month
• Convergence strategy to improve ROI to minimum, defined every year, thanks to improvement on data organization & cleaning, which will reduce data gathering time for the next project
• Full compliance of division data organization strategy with BG guidance
• Data road map by subdivision, defined every year to improve global
• Big data analytics and artificial intelligence(AI-Python) preferred
• Master's degree in Data usage & Project Management, with experience in management innovation project
• Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication, Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
• Computer literacy / Technical project delivery hands-on / Ability to analyze data
• Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Openness to new ideas
