Responsibility:
1. Responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, and conducting quality control checking.

2. Managing various sales quality reports.
3. Developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Bank's standards are fully complied with.
4. Cultivating the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment and sales best practices in the appropriate Global Business Function.
5. Ensuring focused leadership across the business, to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience.
6. Promoting, fostering and monitoring sales compliance and sales integrity.
7. Providing recommendations to improve and streamline the operation flow of the front sales office and other relevant business units.
8. Where necessary, carrying out team administrative roles.
9. Providing the team management with required management information, in order to inform decision making.
10. Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Requirement:
1. Appropriate local certifications and/or licenses for Sales/Risk roles.
2. Knowledge of Financial Services/industry/products/regulations.
3. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HSBC Sales Procedures and applications.
4. Strong analytical ability.
5. Communicate at multiple levels with confidence (written and verbal).
6. Good working knowledge of HSBC and the WPB division including relevant sales systems.
7. Good command in English and Chinese (including speaking Cantonese & Putonghua).
8. Good organisational and influencing skills.
9. Ability to understand urgency and prioritization.
10. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing is preferable.
