1. Support supply chain long term and yearly capital plan review, prepare compelling business cases for capital investment, consistent with supply chain investment strategies, advise supply leadership on strategy for capital investments and resource allocations across capital budgets
2. Act as financial expert to supply chain teams to provide period review with clear visibility
3. Evaluate and analysis investment efficiency, idle assets management and execute fixed assets annual impairment process to drive investment pay back more efficiency
4. Lead Capital investment process improvement and optimization, standard fixed assets management policies;
5. Collaborate with Capital management team to develop and maintain financial analyses and reports related to global capital management activities.
6. Develop and implement Capital management policies and procedures that ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage the fixed asset management budget and provide regular updates to the asset management team on financial performance.
8. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholder to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
10. Support market finance in evaluation of new products, and the relate cost, margin and scale-up scenarios and strategies for launch.
11. Support product sourcing decisions and recommendations for location of new production capabilities and facilities.

技能和经验要求

1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, Capital management, or related field.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques.
5. Familiarity with asset management processes and procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Good at oral and written English
