- To lead business improvement and deployment of system change in the HR area. Improve processes to avoid recurring issues, and stabilize support needs
- As member of global IT team,analyze and enhance system to realize requirement from HR team
- Coordinate with business and vender to ensure projects can be completed on time and reach goals
技能和经验要求

MUST:Fluency in spoken/written English)
Preferred:Fluency in spoken Japanese
Experience
Must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years' work experience, 3+ years’ system maintenance, implementation experience
- Experience in IT solution for HR area
- 1-3 years of foreign enterprise or global team working experience
Preferred
- Have PMP, Prince2 and other project management certification
- Experience in BPR (Business Process Reengineering) activities for HR area
- HR core system experience for configuration, report creation, integration development, include but not limited to below systems:
- SAP HCM, Success Factor EC Pay
- Workday HCM, Recruiting, Learning modules
- SAP Workforce or other T&A systems
