    职位概述

    Overall Responsibilities: 

    1. Drive China HR Strategy based on business strategy and drive their deployment and implementation within the organization in all sites.

    2. Leading a team of HR BPs to provide HR solutions to enhance effective operations and shape future success.

    3. Collaborate with the HR team to create benchmark initiations and solutions.

    Major areas of performance: 

    1. Understand business strategy and drive people strategy, responsible for the community in and lead to facilitate the OD and lead overall competence management in all sites of China.

    2. Leading the HRBP team, responsible for team development and engagement.

    3. Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions on topics like organizational change, competencies and people development, leadership development and etc., and act as a change agent in dealing with OD topics.

    4. As strategic HR partner to business leaders, develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction. establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

    5. Lead to build up leadership culture. Provide leadership consultancy and coaching in leadership development at all sites.

    6. Lead competence management including methodology, tools and diagnosis, and coordinate international assignments related to HR colleagues in HQ.

    7. Other HR Projects based on business needs.

    Qualifications:

    1. At least 10 years of professional working experience in Human Resources generalist role, and >3 years of leadership responsibility.

    2. Hands-on experience in managing ER cases in direct and indirect areas.

    3. Willing and ability to motivate/lead a high-performing team.

    4. Overview of the labor market and legal environment and requirements in China.

    5. Business sense and overview, strong entrepreneur-orientated mindset, able to translate business strategy into HR strategy and concrete projects.

    6. Fluent in English and experience working in a multi-culture environment.
