Responsibility
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR shared services function, ensuring that services are delivered accurately, timely, and in compliance with relevant policies and regulations, develop and implement standardized HR process and procedures.
- Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers. This includes managing inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures, employee data management and other HR-related matters.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR process and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and centralization of HR services. Implement technology solutions to streamline workflows and enhance self-service capabilities for employees.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track and analyze HR service delivery, use data-driven insights to identify trends, issues, and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate with HR business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of HR services. Build strong relationships with internal customers, understand their needs and provide consultative support and guidance.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of HR professionals within the HR shared services function. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the team’s effectives and productivity. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years + HR operation or HRSS experience in company which over 500+ people (consumer/retail industry is a plus) is preferred.

- Strong self-motivation, positive thinking, able to tackle pressure
- Always learn and innovate.
- Experience in Workday system is a plus
