• Ensure that the needs of business units within your domain are well understood and supported by IT.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for the business from application aspect. Drive maximum value out of IT environment and opportunities.
• Lead the execution of the application roadmap with your domain and measure the overall health of application portfolio both in terms of how well the business in supported and technological health and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of key applications and technologies unutilized in your domain.
• Keep abreast of the technology roadmaps for the applications with your domain and how upgrades and updates can benefit the enterprise.
• Cross-team collaboration with other IT teams to ensure Application are fit for purpose and leverage existing capabilities where possible.

skills and experience required.

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin is MUST.
• Strong technical skills and experience with ERP, Ticketing, PMS, MS office 365 and other mission critical application.
• Requires incumbent to be a self-starter, take initiative and demonstrate proactive in developing systems, planning, and organizing tasks, and managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Exhibits effective leadership skills and abilities in managing staff, working with others, including the ability to solve or facilitate the resolution of problems.
• Hands on and skillful in SQL, MS Office 365, API integration.
• Good understanding of technology concepts, trends, and capabilities
