    JOB CONTENT

    • Understand micro machining market – the market dynamic, competitions, and current application and future new projects, able to give insight of market and what we are going to do to play at this market,
    • Define target key accounts – OEM, sub-contractors, or key enduser as influencer , good skill to manage dynamic relationship with multiple level of customer organization regarding big projects
    •  Develop good relationship with application, marketing, global product management team , China and global, good communication and solid implementation skill to required task
    •  Achieving annual target regarding sales goal (top line – sales and booking) and specific new market development related goal

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Background of proven laser and micro machining experience or, optics or related high technology field.
    • Minimum experience at related industry: at least 5 years, 3 years for sales or marketing
    • Educated to graduate level in science or engineering discipline.
    • Good team player and solid communication skill both internally and with customer. Able to manage multiple projects and to stay focused on companies overall objectives.
    • “Willing to help” personal character. 6. Effective time management and personal organization, problem solving skill, commercial acumen.
