    about the company.
    This is a German-owned, Tier1 auto parts company, mainly producing electromechanical products
    about the team.
    This position belongs to the sales department and reports to the sales director
    about the job.

    1. Maintain, generate and develop profitable sales with defined Industrial customers in line with accordance with Sapa targets.
    2. Responsible for maintaining and developing local contacts with well-defined accounts
    3. High energy and ability to create and develop the new customer
    4. Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines
    5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    6. Responsible for building and developing long-term relationships with the technical and regional commercial departments for defined accounts
    7. Prepare the offer to customers with the support of Sales leader Industrial
    8. Follow up from offer to business realization
    9. Initiate and participate in necessary customers meetings and events
    10. Administrate daily communication with defined accounts
    11. Coordinate internal resources necessary to develop and win new projects
    12. Participate in budget activities together with the Industrial Sales leader
    13. Support in the collection of necessary data in view of customers negotiations
    14. Maintain all documentation in the system according to defined rules (meeting reports, activities, business reports, offers and their related Documentation, use of Sales Force) and make such available to management at anytime
    15. Participate in relevant exhibitions
    16. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines

    skills and experience required.

    1. Sales-oriented person/sales experience minimum five years in Auto
    2. The English language is a plus (spoken and written)
    3. Aluminum or rail industry experience is a plus
    4. Technical competence is a plus
    5. Bachelor's degree or above, good communication and logical thinking
    6. Ability to develop new business
