1. Contribute to selection and prioritization of targets and indications for development of novel targets, based on evaluation of target validation, tractability and competitive landscape.

2. Initiate new drug discovery targets/projects, responsible for whole project management, including project conception, design, target spot discover/ validation and molecular research, till to high quality deliver to company.

3. Manage laboratory, recognize and further talents, build up and constantly evolve the skills and leaders, build productive research environment, build talent echelon.

4. Responsible for planning of critical studies, budget, timelines and defining and delivering on project goals.

5. Establish collaboration relationship between internal and external, industry and academia. Contribute to the scientific development by publishing articles and conference presentations.

 

skills and experience required.

1. Ph.D. degree, major in Biology, Oncology, Immunology, Metabolism, Medical science, Microbiology, etc.

2. Published original articles as the first author or corresponding author in the research fields of tumor, immunity, metabolism and etc.

3. Work experience in industry/academia,3+ years working experience.

4. Strong responsibilities, keen on the frontiers of new drug research.
