Responsibilities:
1.Achieve AUT APAC income savings commitment and target for Working Capital, Capital improvement projects

2.Lead other specific Functional project such as Material, inventory and logistic management project Operational improvement projects with good interface and execution at regional and site level
3.Conduct cross-functional improvement program and workshop for significant improvement to stimulate change. Ensure initiatives are well-perpetuated through the plants through such program and workshop.
4.Drive and track regional and site-specific business outcome and metrics that the plants are committed to deliver
5.Share best practices, lessons learned, replication of successful projects throughout the region
6.Support skill development in Lean (operational) and structured problem solving (six sigma) skill, standardization of practice, calibration of mindset
7.Serve as ‘subject matter expert’ so site LPO can utilize their knowledge and China leadership can utilize them for target initiatives through out the year
Qualification:
1.8-10 years of managerial or ‘change management’ working experience,
2.At least 3-5 years of regional lean operation and/or structured problem solving experience.
3.Black Belt certified, Lean, Shainin certification preferred
4.Working experience in Tier one international automotive suppliers preferred.
5.Global thinker, understand and appreciates the culture differences
6.Driver for results, manages change and gaining commitment
7.Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
8.Effective communication skills.
9.Well-spoken English skill and good presentation skill,
10.Has regional experience and demonstrated success in this role
