about the job.
1. Support daily contract management, including but not limited to sales, distributors, agents, service, strategic cooperation, maintenance, and construction agreements, etc.

2. Provide valuable and professional legal consultations timely to the sales and function team, and handle claims, arbitrations, and lawsuits related to the supported TMs and functions.

3. Support GC in handling compliance investigation cases and projects.

4. Support to handle trademark protection actions including filing opposition, raids, and lawsuits in China.

5. Other legal matters engaged by GC.

skills and experience required.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.

2. Passed bar examination in China.

3. At least 7 to 8 years experiences of comprehensive legal professional in multinational companies or reputable law firms in China.

4. Integrity, diligence, and good communication and organization skills.
