    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning and executing measurement plans for digital media, social marketing, digital commerce and retail/shopper marketing campaigns.

    • Development of reporting templates and dashboards in Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, QlikView/

    • Understanding disparate data sources and Ecommerce, Operational Performance, Social Commerce, Social Media toolsets for collating data through their interface or through the API.

    • Developing performance reporting presentations by partnering with media team to develop a cohesive story that represents the client’s business.

    • A clear understanding of structured and unstructured data to process, analyze, massage and store for building queries based on business questions.

    • Help define measurement strategy and overall planning for customers.

    • Participate in new project development and new business efforts as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field. 4-year degree.
    • Knowledge of ad technologies and research techniques (how they work and how to troubleshoot) as well knowledge of customer measurement.
    • Experience with concepts of database design and SQL including thorough knowledge of Mongo Db and/or Elastic Search as well as JSON/BSON data structure.
    • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerBi. Familiarity with Tableau and Qlikview preferred.
    • Experience/familiarity with digital ad effectiveness research. Experience/familiarity in SAS, SPSS, R or other advanced analytics software packages.
