Your responsibilities

1. Lead the research team to conduct research and technology development in the field of power electronics, motion control, and data analysis used in variable speed drives

2. Execute research projects with on-time completion and high-quality results 

3. Secure communication and networking with all related stakeholders

4. Build long-term collaborations with local academic society

5. Scan local science and technology progress in power electronics relevant for variable speed drives

 

技能和经验要求

1. Ph.D. degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or control engineering. with 5+ years working experience

2. Solid theoretical background in power electronics or electrical drives or AC motor control with publications in renowned transactions / journals.

3. Good understanding and working knowledge in

    Variable speed drive topologies

    Power semiconductors application

    AC/DC and DC/DC power converters

    Induction motor, PM motor control

    Motion control

    Data analysis of industrial product

    Conditional based monitoring

4. Familiar with both analytical and simulation methods used for power converter dimensioning

5. Hands-on experience in laboratory work

6. Self-motivated, high curiosity and able to work under pressure

7. Team leader with strong communication and interpersonal skill
