    Job Responsibilities: 

    1. According to the company's annual sales plan, formulate the development strategy of national retail sales;

    2. Formulate and implement the company's annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan indicators, decompose the personal sales goals of the team members, and manage and evaluate the implementation process;

    3. Obtain the current situation and plan report of the human resources operation in the area in charge, determine the number of positions and personnel in the new area and the existing area, and make a reasonable allocation and arrangement of work;

    4. Responsible for the management of nationwide system stores, dealers and other channels, product display, arranging, promotional activities, brand promotion negotiations, cost control and coordination;

    5. Responsible for the communication and negotiation of KA customers of all categories of products, and coordinate the relationship between dealers;

    6. Responsible for collecting customer information, establishing and improving KA system and customer information, collecting competitors and store conditions, understanding consumer feedback information, and making suggestions for improvement;

    7. Summarize and analyze the product quality information fed back by the sales staff every month, and assist in solving major quality accidents;

    Ideal Candiates:

    1. Education: College degree or above, majors in marketing and food engineering are preferred;

    2. Experience: More than 8 years of experience in national retail channel management in the f&b industry, rich experience in development, negotiation and management of distributors, familiar with the operation mode of retail channels and supermarkets, and frozen products are preferred;

    3. Skills: proficient in using office software, with certain ability to use English;

    4. Others: Team management experience of more than 100 people, there are certain frozen product dealer resources;
