Job Responsibilities
- Define key stakeholders and understand the requirements of the stakeholders.
- Develop digital solutions to automate the source to pay processes as well as improve the performance of spend and supplier management.
- Lead the consultants to analyze As-is status of customers procurement management and design the functional solutions and technical solutions.
- Provide thought leadership for processes such as supplier lifecycle management, sourcing, contract management, procurement, invoicing and payment.
- Spearhead technology implementation by leading design workshops and providing functional insight into requirements.
- Facilitate appropriate international SME involvement in design sessions.
- Perform reviews for functional specifications and technical architecture.
- Drive decision making by collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to complete design.
- Conduct data analysis/review as per the requirements of the implementation process.
- Support development of build plan and management build process
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years working experience on procurement and supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree on management or English
- 5+years consulting on procurement or supply chain management
- 3+ projects implemented, with experience in e-sourcing/e-procurement project management
- Experience with e-procurement technology packages such as Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer
- Have strong influencing and persuasion skills, and skills of handing conflicts and negotiations effectively.
- Experience of performing strategic sourcing from spend analysis to category strategy development as well as procurement strategy.
