- Formulate annual product strategy and product line planning;
- Based on consumer insight mining and research, plan innovative product layout and launch development;
- Formulate innovative product launch strategy planning and launch tracking and evaluation;
- Formulate media communication strategies and plans for brands and products under its jurisdiction;
- Responsible for the maintenance of existing product packaging and taste of the brand under its jurisdiction and the improvement of profitability;
- Formulate the main vision of the brand and product under its jurisdiction and related POSM;

skills and experience required.
- More than 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry; 5 years of marketing work; working experience in dairy products and beverage industries is preferred.
- Familiar with the development process of food and beverage related products, experience in innovative product development and marketing promotion is preferred.
- Understand the industry and market; products and services; brand management methods and processes; market systems and tools; laws and regulations and relevant standards of the dairy industry;
- Marketing or related majors are preferred; excellent office skills; bachelor degree or above.
