Objectives:

This product owner will be responsible for analyzing and designing payment and reconciliation related digital products to support OMNI Channels business like ecommerce, brick and mortar stores and social communities.

This role will focus on business process analysis, product opportunity discovery, product positioning, value proposition, coordinated and manage the development as well as ensure that the development stay aligned with the set out business goals and KPI.

To be successful in this job, you need be one good team player and good motivation on digital technology trend study and innovative product implementation. You have genuine interest and sensibility in new digital venture around retail and lifestyle. You have solid experiences and knowledge in retail or e-commerce industries in China. You are a great communicator and have experience in building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Customer centric, seek quantitative and qualitative feedbacks, craft hypotheses on how to improve customer experiences, model the financial benefit and lead internal and external teams to develop and optimize of the digital products for maximizing the business results and customer value.
• Guide a product from idea to prototype to productions. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products.
• Craft the product vision, create the roadmap, and drive its execution.

• Work with business and technical teams to evaluate new concepts against current “tool box” of readily available technology options, identify and seek solutions for technology or service capability gaps and development requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency, buy-in and alignment around priorities and milestones
• Manage and drive to high quality delivery in the product backlog.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and resource restrictions make educated trade-offs or provide alternative options.
• Conduct market and product opportunity assessment, and provide pursuit support for strategic new business opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide training and consultation to operation teams on the technical/application issues surrounding products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in related IT is preferred.
• At least five years of digital product experience with customer facing(to-c) or staff facing(to-b) digital products
• Backend System or middle platform projects experience, including but not limited OMS/IMS/Payment. Have enough experience to land 0-1 backend product.
• Familiar with process management is a preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Working experience in retail or popular internet industry is preferred.
• Be good at using product designing tools, including but not limited Visio/Axure/Xmind and other Microsoft PPT/Excel. Know well SQL or other tech language is preferred.
• Solid knowledge about agile development technology and methodology.
• Curiosity on new technologies or digital product in the marketing.
• Team-leading/coordination skills and proven success working cross-functionally.
• Well logic thinking and ability to think big and deep dive into details.
• Excellent communicator – both oral and written.
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
