Lead and develop a team of data project delivery
• Work closely with business/partner teams to understand and define key business scenarios and requirements
• Establish a results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to deliver data service for internal BUs
• Help establish a sustainable PM framework that provides visibility and ensures success to business goal
• Refine methodology, tools and templates for continuous improvement.
• Define best practices for business cases that drive long-term, integrated, cross-business solutions and roadmaps that improve business performance and mitigate risk.
• Very strong to collaborate with multiple partners(such as vendors, Key users ...etc.) to archive business goal through project delivery.
• Drives simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions, to increase agility and efficiencies and lower costs.
• Build and lead the delivery of key data projects and programs within the SE organization as well as across the business division.
• Create, develop and lead a cross team that regularly and successfully delivers complex, impactful and visible business value based projects and programs.
skills and experience required.
•5+ years combined experience in Program Management in EPM 、ERP project e.g. Tagetik role(s).
•BS in Engineering or Computer Science or Quantitative fields or equivalent experience
•3+ years of experience leading program management and/or implementing large-scale automation systems.
•2+ years Managing teams of program/project managers
