岗位职责：跟进探头前沿新技术、新理论、新材料、新工艺；负责探头需求分析、工程参数转化；负责探头总体方案设计和声学参数设计以及声学性能测试与评价；负责探头整体及各组件的精密结构设计、2D制图与归档、模具跟进、研发样机制作；负责探头材料制备及整体制程工艺开发。岗位要求：本科及以上学历，声学、物理、力学、机械设计与制造、机电一体化、材料等相关专业；有探头设计和开发经验者优先；了解声学基本理论，熟悉超声探头的结构和工作原理，熟悉超声探头声学性能与其结构之间的关系，熟悉超声探头声学部件的设计、开发和测试；熟练掌握Solidworks、AutoCAD、ProE等机械设计软件，具备使用相关软件进行仿真的能力。
