    About Our Client
     

    • As a listed independent beer group, our client is committed to brewing pure natural specialty beer, headquartered in Belgium, founded in 1871. At the same time, our client has become one of the famous beer groups in Belgium, and its brewed beer is exported to five continents. Currently they are expanding their business in west of China, and seeking a regional sales director to lead their business in the region.

     

    Job Description
     

    • Develop and implement annual sales plans to support organizational strategy and objectives.
    • Mentor/coach sales people in a "hand-on" manner and actively engage in developing and closing key target customer opportunities.
    • Identify opportunities to formulate and develop strategic partnerships and client relationships that leverage business opportunities and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
    • Develop a sales pipeline that produces consistent sales quarter-over-quarter.
    • Build pipeline reporting capability to show pipeline performance and sales cycle dynamics.
    • Develop sales training programs to consistently increase selling skills. Lead by example.
    • Identify new potential revenue streams and leverage internal resources to optimize them appropriately.

     

    The Successful Applicant
     

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management/leadership and at least 3 years in management roles
    • Experience in the wine and spirits industry, or responsible for premium brewery or beverage, is preferred
    • English as a working language
    • Have passion and initiative to develop business
    • College degree and above
