Reports directly to the CEO and lead a team of 9 currently.
about the job.
-Lead and manage business development activities in Asia
-Lead sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and strategies (LRP)
-Develops and manages customer to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
-Lead negotiates in the negotiation of customer commercial issues
-Manage and fulfill commercial KPIs, includes but not limited to: yearly growth target, CMI target, LTA, margin improvement (VAVE implementation), AR, price increase, claims and various commercial issues
-Build and maintain good relationships with customers high-level and responsible for collecting customers’ needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations
-Lead sales group to complete yearly growth plan and financial budget build up
-Articulates a clear understanding of market position, competition environment and profitability in above-mentioned key customers
-Build strong relationships with global sales team, Asia segment and functional leaders to achieve Asia E-Systems overall objectives.
skills and experience required.
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance) or in Engineering
-Minimum of 10 years working experience at OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 Sales Experience
-Minimum of 5 years in team management
-Reviewing cost and finance analysis model
-Experience in handling various global OEM & COEM groups
-Experience interacting with clients in all global regions
-Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
-Familiar with Electronic business
